Assignments
Turn in PDF of music to the Google Drive Scores folder for the date you will be singing.
Due: 1 week before you perform
Audition Binder: refer to the Audition Binder Checklist in the Google Drive "Class Notes" file. You will be adding to this during the semester and will be graded on your cumulative product on the day of the final.
Please turn in a Reflection on your performance, and identify patterns you are starting to see in your performances, by April 22nd (min 300 words, typed).
On Audition Days:
This is your test audition! Can you synthesize the feedback you received to present a new and improved audition?
Grad students sing their starter piece and MT piece. Undergrads, sing your MT piece. This will be videotaped. Dress up as you would an audition.
You will be comparing your two videos and writing a self-assessment of what you changed and what you would still like to work on.
I will make individual videos of each of you. You are welcome to use yours for upcoming auditions if you are happy with the result!
